Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid UPS return shipping label provided by the portal and securely attach it to your original packaging.
Prepare the Bear
Place the items in a shipping box, ensuring any original tags and accessories are included, then drop off the package at any authorized UPS location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our workshop receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
