Every Vermont Teddy Bear is guaranteed for life. If anything happens to your bear, you can send it to our Bear Hospital in Shelburne, Vermont, and we will repair or replace it for free.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. We also offer expedited 2-day and overnight shipping options if you need your gift to arrive by a specific date.
Can I personalize my bear?
Yes! Many of our bears can be customized with embroidered names, special dates, or custom outfits to make your gift truly unique.

Our bears are handcrafted using premium, ultra-soft faux fur and 100% recycled stuffing. We ensure all materials meet the highest safety standards for all ages.
What is your return policy?
